The Greens The Entrance – Construction Project Update
Back in October we communicated to members that we had been advised by Ausgrid that they were unable to schedule work to connect electricity to our site at The Greens – The Entrance until March 2025. We are pleased to advise our members and the local community this critical service connection has now been made.
This unexpected outcome is great news for our project; however, receiving the initial advice of no connection until March 2025, has caused a major disruption to our project deliverable timeline, which has seen a necessary pause on key aspects such as procurement, contractors, partnerships and recruitment.The good news is, we are now working to reinvigorate the project and anticipate an opening of our newly-built club at The Greens – The Entrance in April 2025. This $21 million dollar project will be a wonderful asset for our members and the local community. We look forward to unveiling the new club to all our members who have patiently supported its rebuild.
